Hey!

I am going to Regionals Saturday and I am wondering if Primal Clash is legal for this tournament. Please let me know ASAP and thanks!

P.S. If you have time, it would be awesome to hear the oldest series that is legal.

The only Regionals that Primal Clash will be legal at is the one in Florida.

The format is currently Boundaries Crossed and on.
 
The official release date for primal clash is February 4th. Sets become legal 21 days after its release date. In this case the 25th of February. This is why the Florida regional is the only winter regional where primal clash is legal since it will be held in March.
