Hello. Im going to make a deck, but I dont know which. So I decided buying a tin and a theme deck to make a base deck I could use. Which tin and theme deck should i consider buying then?

Though of buying this from Troll&Toad:
1 Arceus WalMart Holiday Tin
1 Drill Point
2-3 Rising Rivals boosters

should i buy something else, or?

Rising rivals boosters are a waste of money. The rares mostly uber suck, and the X's are really hard to pull. If its a deck you want, probably go with the theme deck, but if you just want cards, I'd go with the tin. Although a HGSS tin would be better.

Im going to buy:

2 stormfront
2 rising rivals
2 unleashed
1 hgss two player set

ill post decklist when i have build both ;P

I agree with amisheskimoninja. Go with something easy to work with. You should get:
A HGSS tin (the one with a Typhlosion Prime on the front)
A Typlosion Theme Deck
2-3 HGSS packs
The reason you should buy the Typhlosion items is because if you make a deck using Typhlosion and Ninetails (even Charizard from AR, too) you can make a really good, simple, yet strong deck that won't be in rotation for a while. I can PM you a deck list of the Typhlosion deck as well.

I got a Typhlosion Prime before. : D
Non-promo <3

I can make decks. >-<
btw, i got a FEW cards at home, like holo bebe and so on.

I had around 1000 cards before, but sold everything, but then i started to collect again, og bought that big pack with 7-8 packs and bebe in holo. xD

Rising Rivals was not a waste of your money, you can get Bebe's Search which is needed if you want to start playing the TCG. I would suggest if you wanted to start get sets with lots of SP's cause when you are starting I know it can be hard to get Stage 2's pre evos. I say if you were to buy more packs get Rising Rivals and Platinum. Rising Rival has a lot of common SP's that you can make a beginning deck out of and Platinum has the staples you need for the deck. Also another good thing about Rising Rivals is if you pull Luxray GL X you can pretty much trade for a deck like sablelock.

Im going to buy:

3 Unleashed à 2,79
2 Rising Rivals à 3,99
1 Arceus (Green Tin) à 11,99

+ Shipping on 15,68
