i was just wondering when you have a memory berry attached to the delta t-tar could use a delta rainbow energy on delta t-tar to use the retaliate from the unseen larvitar or would you have to use a fighting energy?

you can, cause T-tar is using the attack, and he's delta, using larvi's attack doesn't change anything about T-tar, its' still the same poke.

okay i just was not sure because the unseen larvitar wasn't delta and i was thinking there would be a argument on that move since you were using an attack from a non delta pokemon.

that's good to know because some players at event's other then nat/worlds arn't that good and will say "you can't do that" to try to win.
also you can count weakness with the delta one more often then the one from uf.

t tar δ could be easily KOed by dustox ex and ariados !!!

yes but you do more damage to a pokemon that's week to electric types since there are about 99 pokemon card's that are week to electric but only 24 week to dark. Also you can take down those pokemon with a psi pokemon anyway I was just had a thought that when the only energy you have on the delta t-tar ex is the delta rainbow after some energy removals worked you have a lot of damage on the t-tar and it’s down to one prize with no shock-wave marker’s on you opponent’s pokemon you can attach memory berry to do retaliate then win.
