Ruling deoxys form change

Form Change
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for any Deoxys and switch it with Deoxys Attack Forme. (Any cards attached to Deoxys Attack Forme, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Deoxys Attack Forme on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use more than 1 Form Change Poké-Power each turn.

could i use form change to bring out deoxys and rayquaza legend (top) if i have the other half in my hand? or to get out both halfs

No because Deoxys is a different name than Rayquazza & Deoxys Legend. They are considered to be different cards.

You can only use Form Change to go from Attack -> Defense, or Attack -> Normal, or whatever other Deoxys you have, as long as it's not the same one that used Form Change
