Ruling Deoxys Forms and card count limit?

Pretty sure I know the answer, but....

For all of the Deoxys cards, do they all count as having different names?

In other words, could i have 4 attack forms, and 4 of each other form?

You're right. 'Attack Form', 'Defense Form', is part of the name.
