First? Yay!

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Horrible HP, horrible weakness (knowing that a lot of decks plays psychic), no resistance is common in psychic type (except they are ghost) and the retreat cost is fine.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
It's not a bad attack. Discard 2, 60 damage and heals 60. It's quite an interesting attack. The point is, you have a very low HP, so it's almost useless, because every deck can do 80 damage per turn.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
I can't see it with any combo. Maybe, if you really want to use this card, you can use it with Mewtwo MD and Shaymin UL for moving the energies, but there you are wasting one turn to charge this useless thing.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Like I said before, Mewtwo and Shaymin UL seems to be a good idea. Maybe Unown Q or Metagross UL for free retreat cost (or Dodrio UD).
You can also use Fisherman, E-belt for power up its low HP and... I dunno, Nidoqueen RR and Exploud SV for make it some kind of tank? I cannot think a nice idea so fast! xD

5. How's the artwork?
I like it. It's not the best, but it's not also the worst of the shiny legends.

2/5. It is not worth being played. You need too much techs to make this card almost decent. Maybe with some HP it would be a nicer pokémon.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost). hp is bad for being the only shiny legend besides the beasts ( that have 70 hp) weakness is a little harsh against other psychic decks. no resistance... (nothing more to say) retreat cost {C} is ok i guess.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card. its attack cell storm is awesome and annoying. discarding {P} {P} for 60 and healing 6 damage counters worth being tested.

3. mismagius hs un, energy pick up, defender, buffer peice, porygon-z sp or porygon-z hs tp (to get back the defender, puffer peice or energy pick up also with snowpoint temple and you have one tough tank and maybe exploud sv. also any other healing trainers

4. dialgia G lv.x to make solrock's body useless.

6. 4/5 it is totaly worth being tested.
