start with mismaguis basic form thing... and use mumble draw start stacking energy on deoxys have at least 2 lines of porygon-z then attack with deoxys also attach buffer peice and defender's to it and use porygon-z to get them back.

seeing as you have junk arm already in there, you could add in either a 1-1-1 or a 2-2-2 line of metagross UL. metagross does alot of good things. it provides free retreat for a wounded deoxys and also, if paired with a memory berry, you can use metangs attack energy crane to get back a bunch of psycic nrg to one of ur deoxys so i would say
-4 rockets rtickery
-1-1-1 porygon z
- 1 collector
+ 2-2-2 metagross UL(all 3 from unleashed)
+ 1 memory berry(or 2 if you really want to)
+ 1 porygon z g
the porygon z g has a pokepwer that states when you play it you get 2 poke tools from the dicard pile so that helps to make up for the porygon z TR. and if you wanted, you wouldnt have to run a metgross at all, just have the metangs on your bench so you can recharge your deoxys when you neeed to
