I have two questions regarding Steam Siege M Gardevoir and Despair Ray,
1. If you have a fully evolved stage 2 that evolved from its basic and stage 1, using Greninja as an example, can you choose to discard only the Greninja and leave the Frogadier and Froakie.
2. If you used Despair Ray to discard a stage 2 Pokémon that had evolved from its basic and stage 1, such as Greninja, and discard Greninja, Frogadier, and Froakie, how much extra damage would Despair Ray do.
