After the first game since the rounds are now 2 out of 3. Who would determine who goes first. Does Player A who won the first match, or does the loser which was Player B.

New Tournament Operations manuals are promised soon from Pokemon Organized Play, but until I hear any changes, I would go with the existing rules.
