Hello once again! A question was brought up to me today about the new reprint Devolution Spray in Fates Collide (which reads exactly like that of the one from Dragons Exalted). The person wanted to know if when it was played, if it discarded spirit links and other tools and such attached to the Pokemon? I told them no, but wanted to double check with other professors, just in case I was wrong!
There's nothing on the card that indicates you'd do anything like that. All you do is what the card tells you - remove the highest stage and place it in your hand. You were correct
