Ruling Devomon?!

Does any1 know if there are any cards except Espeon ex UF, Cradily LM and Mew ex HP that can devolve opp's Pokemon? This includes PK cards.

its espeon ex not umbreon ex & btw do you count if a pokemon has the effect of returning the whole evolution back to the hand???

unown D can devolve pokemon but we need to flip a coin....

mew promo 040 can also devolve, but i think that it's kinda hard to get, i mean, even I have only 1
