3-1 Dialga G lv.X
2-2 Garchomp C lv.X
2-1 Uxie lv.X
1 Unknown Q
1 Croat G
1 Bronzong G
1 dragonite FB
1 Azelf
1 skunktank G
1 toxicroak G PL

17 Pokemon

2 bebe's
3 collector
4 cyrus's
4 Poketurn
3 energy gain
3 power spray
3 sp radar
1 E-belt
2 aarons
1 junk arm
2 conductive Quarry

28 trainers

4 special {M}
1 {M}
4 {C}{C}
1{P}
2 warp

strat:
get out Dialga G and start tanking garchomp is healing/sniping uxie is for draw ambipom is garchomp counter bronzong is energy movement

editing done:
-2 warp point
-1 Expert Belt
-4 Call Energy
-1 Ambipom G
-1 crobat G

+1 Basic {p}
+1 Dragonite FB
+1 Junk Arm
+2 Conductive Quarry
+1 Skuntank G
+1 toxicroak G

-2 Warp Point.
-1 Crobat G
+1 Vs Seeker
+1 Twins.
+1 Cyrus
This wil boost consistancy, Since you're starting with a Dummy Dialga G with which you only Deafen with, and when the dummy is knocked out you play twins to get your tank stuff.
And i don't think 2 crobat is needed.

I meant for 4 cyrus's that was a typo two crobat is certainly needed I would like to keep at least 1 warp point so
I will I:
-1 warp point
+1 twins

2 crobat is actually not needed. 1 Crobat g is fine, and the warp point is kind of pointless if you think about it. You ahve warp energy to switch around whenever you want, and with Garchomp C, you can already hit whoever you want, so it's not like you need to make them switch out.

-2 Warp Point
-1 Aaron's
-1 SP Radar
-1 Expert Belt
-4 Call Energy (pokemon collector and cyrus are consistant enough. I tried Call Energy in my DialgaChomp list, and it worked much better without it.)
-1 Ambipom G

+1 Basic {M}
+1 Dragonite FB (I like this better than Ambipom.)
+1 Junk Arm
+2 Conductive Quarry (This can get special and basic metal out of the discard)
+1 Snowpoint Temple (Extra HP)
+1 Skuntank G
+1 Toxicroak G (this and the skuntank are for Machamp)
+1 Toxicroak G Promo (Luxray Counter)
+1 Power Spray/Looker's Investigation (Up to you. 4 Power Spray is extremely consistant, the Looker's is for hand disruption/refreshing. It also helps you decide whether to use Deafen or not.)

I will do this:
-2 warp point
-1 Expert Belt
-4 Call Energy
-1 Ambipom G

+1 Basic {M}
+1 Dragonite FB
+1 Junk Arm
+2 Conductive Quarry
+1 Skuntank G

i understand the no call im still going to try it at least 2 times but toxicroak will slow it down plus id rather haver somthing that wasnt basic for champ
i forgot about stadiums dragonite is more consistant but what about retreat

the retreat is irrelevant. You either Poketurn or Warp Energy away.

Also, it doesn't matter that Toxicroak G is a basic. It has a poke-body that says Machamp can't kill it with Take Out.
