Diancie-EX in Phantom Forces?

So i was reading bulbanews, and there was an announcement about a mega diancie box.
The box only has the Mega Diancie. So my conclusion, is that Diancie-EX will be in Phantom Forces. here is the link: http://bulbanews.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mega_Diancie_Box_coming_Jan._14

Based on this new information that would be my guess as well, as I said earlier bar some highly unlikely chance of a Diancie EX box before then.
