Discussion Diancie SM3 + Wally!

I just saw diancie in the news, and wondered if it could be used to get a turn one or two stage 2 in play.
It might be hard to get the basic, stage 1 and stage 2 in play, so what could be used to get all three pokemon in play?

Wally, ultra ball level ball nest ball, repeat ball are all cards you can search things with. You first have to get the basic, and if you play 4 it isn't that hard. After that you play ultra ball for Tapu Lele GX and with that you get Wally. Wally for the evolution of your pokemon. And after tgat use diancie.

The only thing I see is Vileplume being banned from Expanded because of turn one Item locks.
