Did you miss the Prerelease?

Hey, so as some of you may know if you read the world issues help the children pokemon thread me and some of my friends are missing the prerelease. I was curious if we are the only people on the forums. Please tell me if you have missed any tournament recently or in the past. Thanks

The only tourneys I am going to this year are states and regionals and local "pre"releases that are after the release

If we're just naming tournaments that we missed this season and could have gone to, I missed 4 Cities because I was sick.

I missed a Prerelease on Sunday because it was my grandparents 62nd aniversary. My grandpa probably won't survive another year because he is in fifth stage kidney failure. I had to be at the aniversary.

i "missed" the prerelease last weekend... but it was not my fault... it was the store's. the story is posted somewhere else so if you're interested here's the story which i posted on another thread already so here's the quote

I went to the store that was supposed to be hosting the event today and when I arrived there were no people around but the owner so I asked him "what happened?" and he told me that they did not recieve the cards in time. so right now i'm very angry because I have to wait for another week so i can have the cards... I just hope that when that time comes I can get some good cards...

Well, if I really got into the TCG sooner, I could've made it to countless more cities than I did, which was 1. But now I'm seizing every opportunity I get to make a tourny/pre-release. I'm going to my 2nd pre-release on Saturday.
