Collecting Different types of packs surging sparks

Hi everyone

I'm looking at attempting the surging sparks collection, are there some cards that aren't available in booster packs?

So far I can see magnatron in an elite trainer starter box.
£50 box vs just magnatron on Ebay £5

There's a zapdos and a quagsire in a couple of blister packs, but I wonder if they're also available in the booster packs too?
£14 per blister (£28) vs £4 for both cards on Ebay- no brainer.

I've got a litwick - chandelure 3 pack blister which also contains a coin and a booster pack. On the reverse it says that those cards are promo cards. But number 38/167. Which makes me feel like I'd find those in booster packs anyway.

There's one more of those available, the abra to alakazam 3 pack blister, with coin and booster pack. I'm debating whether to get this or wait to see if I get them in booster packs

Are there any other packs in the uk that I'm missing? Or am I just going to buy 100's of booster packs (10 cards) for £3/4 each

OK, I've since done some more googling and for some reason they're selling the blisters with mixed sets in.

The alakazam blister contains a coin, a surging sparks booster pack and the 3 promo cards are all from Twilight Masquerade. So I'll not bother. The 167 should have been a clue to me.

Same for chandelure blister pack, it's from TWM.

Zapdos and quagsire are both promo cards from the black star Promos - SVP. So again not part of the 191.

Magneton is SVP too.

So I've answered my own questions.

Unless anyone knows what's in the build and battle box?
Or the booster bundle (I'm guessing just 6 booster packs of 10)

My only question now is, how many cards?!

I've understood it as follows for surging sparks:

191 cards
191 holo versions?
60 special cards after that
442 cards to collect

However I've read there are only 417

I guess not all of the 191 cards have a holo version. Where does that end?

Plus the SVP if you can be bothered.
