I play unlimited, and i play tepig on the bench i retreated my pokemon and took out tepig to use wallys training i couldnt evole the pokemon cause it counts as evolving but does the supporter get discarded ?

To add, this really only applies if you are searching the deck or doing something to look at/discard from your opponent's hand.
