If you have a Holon Electrode/Castform etc as an Energy Card and you have a pokemon that discards energy in attacks i.e. Lugia, Raichu etc. Do you have to discard Castform or no, cause technically they are not that specific energy card?

if the pokemon attack requires you to discard energy, just discard it doesn't matter whether
its a pokemon before this or not cause when you attach holon electrode/holon castform etc to your pokemon, it counts as a energy, so you have to discard it if your active pokemon's attack requires you to discard energy just like lugia ex(UF), kyogre ex(CG), groudon ex(CG) and more.....
