Standard Disruptive Greninja Break Deck

I've been looking for ways to play greninja in this current game Meta which is heavy EX I find adding slight disruptive cards such as Crushing Hammer/Enhanced Hammer helps going againts heavy EX decks. Here is my deck list. Still looking for space for extra hammer.
-3 Talon Flame ( no battle compressor )
-3 Froakie
-4 Frogadier
-4 Greninja
-3 Greninja Break

-3 Sycamore
-3 N
-1 Ace Trainer
-1 Teammates
-1 Fisherman
-1 Wally

-4 VS Seeker
-4 Dive Ball
-2 Ultra Ball (Discarding Talonflame)
-1 Rare Candy
-2 Enhanced Hammer
-4 Bursting Baloon
-2 Super Rod
-2 Rough Seas
-2 Fades Town
-1 Town Map

-1 Splash Energy
-8 Water Energy

After multiple test with just two Enhanced Hammer, i find my winrate againts Giratina Darkrai/Rayquaza/Fighting increased. Mega Mewtwo is not an auto-lose anymore, there's a slim chance in winning. More hammer increase winning rate againts M Mewtwo, but disrupt deck consistency againts other decks.
Looking for recommendation for further improvement.
Cards that i'm trying to fit now:
Pokemon Ranger VS mirror match/Glaceon
Crushing Hammer
Team Flare Grunt
Silent Lab
Puzzle of Time

Glaceon/Jolteon is actually a really good matchup. Jolteon is not used since your basics can't even do damage. Glaceon, on the other hand is unaffected by every singe attack we use once it gets the Crystal Ray going. But... it does nothing to stop abilities. A belted Glaceon only does 80, and you can rotate out two Greninja to rough seas most of the damage away. Then you can drop 2 Giant Water Shurikens for 120. Even if they rough seas away 30, next turn you drop two more to knock it out. Then you can even begin to soften up the next with a Moonlight Slash.

I win most glaceon/jolteon decks. Except today i went up againts a deck with 3glaceon. It was pretty annoying to deal with. I used to have pokemon ranger in this list just to find myself not using it 90% of the games so i removed it. I do find simply discarding their energies was a much effective way dealing with glaceon.
