Ruling Ditto BC and evolving.

If I bench a Ditto BC and then use it's Transform Ability to transform it into a Tynamo can I evolve it into Eelektrik on the same turn, or would I have to wait a turn as per the rules?

If you played Ditto during your last turn, used Transform and placed Tynamo on top of Ditto, it can still evolve that turn.

If you played Ditto and Transformed into Tynamo on the same turn you can not evolve on that turn.

Reason being, Ditto's ability states that "Turns in play" will carry over to the Pokemon Ditto Transforms into.
