Ruling Do Abilities Stack?

Hi, I just want to know whether abilitiy stacked or not. For example:

1. If I put 3 Deoxys EX on the bench, will it increased the Team Plasma Pokemon's attack by 30?

2. If I have 2 Glaceon on the bench, will the retreat cost reduced by 4?

Yes and yes.

Unless the Ability specifically says it does not stack (like Psychic Mirage on Gardevoir or Plasma Search on Metagross for example), then it stacks.

How would this work with the new infernape? Would the ability flaming fighter also stack? If so that'd be broken and I'd love it

4 Infernape in play would put a whopping 26 counters for burn.

No, Infernape's ability does not stack, as it does not add damage counters, but changes the base burn damage from 20 to 60. Two Infernapes won't change it to 100, 0r 120, but it will stay at 60. The justification for this logic is that it doesn't say "an extra 40 damage" or anything of the sort, it states burn does 60 instead of 20.

Infernape does not stack. The ability states: Put 6 damage counters instead of 2 on your opponent's burned pokemon.

No matter how many you have, it will always be 6.

If it said "put 4 more damage counters on your opponent's burned pokemon between turns", then it would stack.
