Ruling Do GE /MT/SW tins sell in malaysia?

This question is referring to those who stay in malaysia or around malaysia (probably singapore). Do GE/MT/SW tins sell in any shop in malaysia? I checked some shops, but i only could find DP tins. Or how about in singapore? Because I think drakrai lv x and magmotar lv x's price are kinda high currently. So, it would be a better alternate choice to get them.:p
 
Magmortar LV.X doesn't have a tin. There's no promo version of it. As for the GE LV.X tins, which is Palkia, Dialga & Darkrai LV.X, it hasn't hit the shops yet.
