Help Do I Buy Now or Wait for SM Sets?

Hi , i was thinking in buying a PikachuEx/Magnezone/Raikou Deck , but not sure if i should wait for Sun&Moon expansion, i was thinking that ex are going to keep being really powerfully in the meta beacuase they are faster than Gx , setting up , but im new in TCG so i can be complete wrong

I reccomend not buying decks and instead just make it yourself, plus the deck itself is not amazing IMO as far as Su/Mo goes maybe you could use Kukui or Illima but you can easily replace them yourself, no real reason to wait :/ also GXs don't have to deal with Regice

Do you practice on PTCGO? I'd recommend that. I play PTCGO only, I don't play in real life, but I will say that Sun and Moon seems STACKED with really good pokemon, especially the GX. It looks like Pokemon is definitely making a conscious decision to make these GX superior cards. So your lightning deck right now may have some success in real life competitive play because there are so many Yveltal decks out there (Rayquaza and Shaymin are weak to you too), but the meta is probably going to shift once Solgaleo and Lunala become legal.
