Do sealed 1st Edition Base Set Booster Boxes still exist?

I hope so, but soon there might not be any left in the world, thats something weird to think about
 
Ya, I am an old school card collector. I already have the complete set graded. It would be nice to add a sealed 1st ed base box to my collection though. :)
 
some dude must of bought a box, and not opened it through the years guessing it would become worth a ton.
 
Pokepics opened TWO on youtube. What a waste, you only need 1 to complete most sets, and if you dont, its called trading. LOL.
 
yeah, but we should buy 'em all up before they don't.

wouldn't that be wild? no more unopened base set? crazy.
 
Check out some online sites that sell cards, they have to have some Base Set Boxes left. Obviously not 1st Edition though.
 
There is one on Yahoo!Japan right now. Also, Jason K got a hold of one and is holding a draft at US Nats with an entry fee of like $150-$200.
