Read the card. It only adds damage to the active pokemon. So if you use Feint Attack on the Defending Pokemon, the Sp. Darks will add on to the damage. If you attack the bench, the Sp. Darks won't add on damage.
Nope as it has to be to your oppenets active pokemon.
darn...imagine 5 special darks on t-tar grind...70 to all benched...thats auto kill right there...it only needs to survive 2 turns and the bench is gone...
Which is kind of part of the reason why it doesn't work like that - it'd be too broken.
You also can only have 4 special dark in a deck.
right right...i meant to say 4. Cause it does 30+40...imagine if you have 4 special steel and 4 special dark on a single pokemon. That would be a smashing tank lol...
omg cause if you needed massive power you attach 4 spec. darks, then attach 4 basic darks, thats plus 80 damage, then add on 40 and they are now asleep haha thats awesome...

no, you cannot add extra damage to snipe benched pokemon...not until they design a card to do so...which, I doubt (hopefully), they never do
^I would consider loading up 8 energies on a Basic Poke with minimal HP a bigger weakness than Mewtwo X.
