I do. I have a wide variety of items related to Mew.

I collect all TCG cards in both Japanese and English - even though I am missing a few Japanese Mew.
I have two Mew T-shirts, both pink and blank.
A number of figures and plushies.
Two ultra rare Japanese folders that features Mew (one blue bordered, one red bordered).
A customized Ultra Pro folder, which I have a Legend Maker Mew customized onto the front cover of the folder. Those at Worlds '10 would have recognized it in the Open gaming room.

And the most valuable one of my entire Mew collection - the Victory Orb ft. Mew Japanese promo Trophy card - released back in 2006, only 56 was produced in existence.
 
I collect the TCG in full so I'm lucky in that I can get my hands on most-to-all cards of the Pokemon I like just through being a completionist. I also collect PokeDolls, Scale figures, and a lot of other things.

But yes, when you collect TCG, it's easy to appreciate just how hard it is to finish some Pokemon-oriented collections given that trophy cards are out there featuring Pokemon people collect or like on them.

(Much like how I pity people who have a fondness for Espeon and Umbreon, both of which have some phenomenally expensive Japanese issue cards.)
 
I collect Owner's Pokémon cards.
My Gym series collection are nearly completed, just missing some holos.
Missing alot of cards from Team Rocket, Neo Destiny, Team Aqua/Magma etc.
But, i'm just 2 cards away from a completed SP collection (PGX and Akakazam E4 Lv.X missing)
 
I collect the legendary beasts and their shiny forms. (Entei, Suicune, & Raikou) Along with some Zangoose and Rhyperior things on the side.

Mostly plush and figures, but I also collect TCG cards and other merchandise.
 
I collect anything with Ampharos including cards, toys and figures offical or fan made. Im around 6 cards away from finishing my ampharos card collection (including reverses) but im unsure if I have all the toys.
 
You can see 90% of my collections Here...or in my siggy for other stuff that I've got or wanting/that's on my wishlist or you can also look in my Live Journal to see what else I need.
But, I'm trying to collect Eeveelutions (as Gin/herrosferret/denkimouse would say: Eeveelution collecting can be very expencive).
 
i collect anything with tyranitar. i just started collecting tyranitar stuff theugh so i dont have much

i also collect aquapolis cards but just started literally and have like 15... at least one is crystal nidoking!! :D
 
i have a folder for just pichu's, Pikachu's and raichu's
im at about 33 different ones now. i know its not much but its valuable to me.

i just really realy want the pikachus around the world set
 
i collect first gen in general, my fav's being meowth, alakazam, and electabuzz, but i like collecting different version's of legendary pokemon. cya
 
I collect Gyarados TCG cards. Or at least the most I can find without trading too much for them.

I am starting to collect these. Do you have the Alternate colored pokedoll plushies? I am wanting to get them at some point.

I like psyducks. I dont really collect them, but I snatch up any RH ones I find, as well as any that I dont already have (all I have is 4, 3 PL(1 RH) and a RH japanese CATS one.
 
I used to collect Charizard and Scyther stuff, then I realized I would never have the money to collect everything, so I gave up.

The only card I'll probably never trade away or sell though is my Ken Sugimori signed Blaine's Charizard. I love that card.
 
I collect anything Porygon. I have a whole binder full of nothing but Porygon.

I might seem obsessed, but Porygon is obviously the best Pokemon. Ever. ;-)

They are pretty expensive. Have you looked into buying yet?

Hey man! Have some faith. When you'll be older and in a stable financial state, you can collect everything Charizard!

I wanna start collecting everything Azelf... But thats not really much considering it appeared in D/P. :(
