Idk how to do that but it honestly doesnt matter which pokemon you send me as long as they are on my list.

Just turn game chat on. You may have to change parental settings. Or if you already have the pokemon (maybe you got sicne last week), just put up an X or NO written in unown. Or use a pokemon nicknamed NO.

I have all unowns, and I write messages to people who have game chat turned off by showing different Unown.

That sounds really complicated honestly. I have a list of pokemon on the first page that I need.
Just any of those 21 will work. I updated it to now so it includes the name with the number.

I would prefer to keep them for future games and such but i can do tradebacks if its pokemon you want to keep.
