Heya! With the new Altaria EX coming out, I wanted to see if there was anything cool that could pair with it. There are a couple Pokemon that came out recently with a similar clause to Altaria's first attack, so until we get the official English wording, I'll just use Xerneas for now.
This guy's second attack gets a damage bonus if it was healed during your turn. My question is, does "heal" refer only to effects that use the wording "heal X damage", or can "heal" refer to removing damage counters from a Pokemon in general, such as with the effect of Reuniclus?
