XY Does PokéBank Allow Trading to New Games on a Cartridge?

I'm still new to this video game world for the 6th generation..

I want to know if I can use PokéBank to transfer Pokémon between the same game. Meaning, I play Pokémon X and put my Pokémon in the bank. Then I restart my game. Can I move the Pokébank Pokémon to my new game? If so, can I do it multiple times?

EDITED: Nevermind the starters then
At first I though I really want to have 2 other starter with Trainer ID certain character in the Anime.. but well. I should just deal with what I have

RE: PokeBank

Yeah. You do it while Pokebank is opened. Then you take your Pokemon from your X/Y game put them in the bank boxes and transfer to X/Y or Pokemon OR/AS when they come out next month.:) I am not sure how to transfer exactly but I know you need to transfer a box with Pokemon in it and select the games you want to transfer to. I have not done transfers myself yet but I do know you need to transfer to bank before transferring to another game. You only need 1 3DS to do this as well. You can buy another 3DS and transfer over Wi-Fi. That is much easier than using bank though but you have to fork out another $20.00 for another system if you don't want to use bank except to migrate. IIf I had a 2nd 3DS I would be doing it over Wi-Fi XD.:)

EDIT: If I were in your shoes I would buy a second 3DS and trade on Wi-Fi. This way you don't have to pay for bank unless you need to migrate from your old versions. If you started fresh from gen 6 then just buy another system trade on Wi-Fi XD.:)

RE: PokeBank

i dont really mind the fees.. Im asking is it possible to use pokebank to move pokemon between the same game

Meaning inplay x pick fennekin.. Then move fennekin to bank...
Then i delete my save file n play a new game on the same game ..
Can i move my fennekin to the new game

RE: PokeBank

Yes, you can do that. :) Though if you start a new game file it'll still count as a traded Pokémon, I believe, since there will be different Trainer IDs. It's a nice way to be able to "trade" Pokémon with yourself without having to have another person to trade with in order to do things like collect all the starters, etc.

RE: PokeBank

I see thanks.. Those it have any restriction like i need to pass certain criteria before able to get pokemon not in the kalos pokedex..

Traded or not.. I just like to have them.. Need those mega stones for the kanto starter

RE: PokeBank

As far as I recall, you can access PokéBank Pokémon as soon as you can access an in-game PC.

You cannot put items into the bank though.

thats a pity.. i dont have a nearby friend to help me move pokemon easily.. as much as any of the forumer can help with moving stuff.. long distance aint really helping much

You can buy the Mega Stones of the other starters later in the game if you don't mind waiting (around 5th gym iirc).

You can't put them in through bank but if you have 2 3DS's you can transfer items via Wi-Fi. This is the other reason I prefer transferring over Wi-Fi. You can transfer items whereas with bank you cannot. If you need items transferred do it the old way trade with a friend switch versions and have your friend send the items after you send the items and Pokemon to his or her game.:)

EDIT. Just because Nintendo created bank DOES NOT mean you have to use it all the time. I only use bank for migrating. The rest I do on Wi-Fi with a friend. It is so much easier. There is a back door just for about everything and before they had bank out I already figured out how to migrate my hacked Rayquaza's for in game use on my X. I planned that before they had announced the use of the Poke Bank system. I already figured out how to get around bank and it worked XD.:)
