Ruling Does Super scoop up heal?

Hi.

Scenario: Let's say I have a retreated Pokemon like Ampharos on my bench with 100HP worth of damage counters on it. I play a Super scoop up trainer card, flip heads and return Ampharos and all the cards under it (including energy cards) to my hand. What do I do with the 100HP? Do I take them off Ampharos and "heal" him?

So in short.. You are right munchlaxx.. the pokemon Heals in a way..

Whenever a Pokemon in play leaves play, anything that was on it (effects, damage counters, etc.) is banished to the land of wind and ghosts.

Super Scoop Up returns the pokemo to the hand. A card in your hand can't have damage counters on it.
