Alright I wanted a deck with dog Pokemon so this is what I came up with. My first deck build any suggestions you all have are appreciated and welcomed.

Pokemon: 16
  • 4 Lucario EX
  • 4 M Lucario EX
  • 3 Manetric EX
  • 3 M Manetric EX
  • 2 Shaymin EX
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 30
  • 2 Korrina
  • 1 Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick
  • 2 Professor Birch's Observations
  • 4 Professor Juniper
  • 2 Professor's Letter
  • 4 Switch
  • 3 Ultra Ball
  • 4 VS Seeker
  • 3 Trainers' Mail
  • 4 Muscle Band
  • 1 Fighting Stadium
Energy: 14
  • 2 Strong Energy
  • 2 Flash Energy
  • 2 Double Colorless
  • 4 Lightning Energy
  • 4 Fighting Energy
Strategy:

The strategy that I am thinking is using the Shaymin EX and the M Manetric EX to set up my main attacker M Lucario EX. Playing the Fighting Stadium would give him plus 20 damage. If you add this with the Muscle Band and the Strong Energy you could do some serious damage at no cost to losing energy. I am hoping this set up will eliminate all of the Opponent's Pokemon fairly quickly.

In my opinion I wouldn't run M Lucario at all and here is why.
First off, you're relying on not only one, but two different type of mega evolutions and not running any spirit links at all. This by itself is going to hurt your speed for the deck dearly by wasting multiple turns on mega evolving. Second, I'd only run a 2:2 line of Manetric if you're going to use both Megas. But personally I'd drop M.Manetric all together for the fact it can be counter productive and hurt you if your not careful.
You're wanting to get Manetric out first and foremost to start your energy acceleration and try to quickly build your bench because if you are going to play Manetric it's going to get KO'ed relatively fast against other fighting type decks so you're wanting to hurry up and get energy on it.

As for Supporters, if you are going to run M.Lucario as your main attacker then you're not going to only run one stadium. One it's never going to out play your opponent because they'll always run 2-3 stadiums. Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick is easier than it sounds, especially with this deck it won't work and will be plain out clunky. You don't need 4 VS Seeker's either, that's just way to much and can be easily blocked by Toad's Quaking Punch and then you'll be out of luck, same with the 4 switch, that's just a bit excessive. As for Professor's Letter you only need one and to max out Korrina because you can easily search it turn one for energy.

Your energy count is way off too. DCE is pointless for you because Shaymin's 30 damage wont do anything for you and will be a wasted attack, setting your opponenet up for a KO and Flash Energy is not needed because your focus on is Lucario; that and the fact that it's easily discarded by Enhanced Hammer will leave you a sitting duck.

So here is what I would change out personally if I kept M. Manetric

- 1 Manetric Ex
- 1 M. Manetric
- 1 Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick
- 2 VS Seeker
- 2 Switch
- 1 Professor's Letter
- 1 Trainer's Mail
- 2 DCE
- 2 Flash Energy
- 1 Shaymin- Ex

+2 Korrina
+2 Lysandre
+2 Manetric Spirit Link
+ 2 Acro Bike
+ 1 Ultra Ball
+ 1 Fighting Stadium
+ 2 Strong Energy

I hope this helps a bit in what you're looking for.

Lucario EX is a very solid attacker, and M Lucario EX (especially without an associated Spirit Link) does not provide any additional significant value other than more HP. So, IMO, all of the M Lucario EXs should be replaced.

IMO, 3 M Manectric EXs are excessive, especially when you have no Spirit Links in your list. In fact, I find Manectric EX to be more efficient than its Mega evolution... So, do you really even need the M Manectric EXs?

The sole Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick is not that effective given the current list. Consider replacing this card.

4 Switch seem excessive; at least one of these should be replaced.

4 VS Seeker seem quite excessive too. What if you are Item-locked?

3 Trainer's Mail seem excessive, especially when you lack sufficient card draw power with only 4 Professor Juniper and 2 Professor Birch's Observations. Although Lucario EX can supplement card-drawing, this potential "dependency" should be minimized.

I'd suggest for your consideration:

-1 (or -3) M Manectric EX
-4 M Lucario EX
-1 Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick
-2 Switch
-1 Trainer's Mail
-1 VS Seeker

+3 Landorus - decent attacker and also provides some energy attachment acceleration - much better "setup" Poké than either Shaymin and M Manectric EX.
+2 Hawlucha - an absolute menace to opponents' EXs since its damage output for just F energy cost is fantastic.

+1 Cassius Switch replacement, but can recover and reycle wounded Poké and attached resources
+2 Manectric Spirit Link or Fighting Stadium

+2 Strong

I hope you find these comments helpful.
