Donald Trump will sue Bill Maher for $5 million

Donald Trump apparently isn't hiding a great sense of humor underneath that hair. The Donald says he plans to sue Bill Maher for $5 million after the comedian said last month that he'd give Trump that amount of money for the charity of his choice — like Maher's suggesed "Hair Club for Men" or "The Institute for Incorrigible Douchebaggery" — if he provided documentation proving he's not the "spawn of his mother having sex with orangutan." "I provided the information. He didn't pay. So today I sue Bill Maher for $5 million for charity," Trump announced Monday on Fox News. He added he didn't think Maher was joking because he "said it with venom" and seemed "nervous."

If I were Trump, I'd set up a new charity named "The Pitiful Comedians Trust". I'd then sue him for the $5 million, donate that sum to the new charity, and offer it back to Maher on the condition that he registers with the PCT as a "pitiful/needy/untalented/etc" dependant.

Trump is not okay. This is ridiculous, because it does sound like a joke. Besides, next time he wants to possibly sue someone for something as trivial as that, he should at least get it on paper. I think if I were the judge preceding this case, I would probably laugh and tell him to sit his ass down.

lol at Trump. Maher makes fun of people for a living. He could have probably sued Maher for slander or libel, but since he reacted to it, throw the case out.
