Strategy is to start with Donphan to get damage on bench while setting up Machamps and Reuniclus. Fighting tag up Machamp and start hitting with champ buster. Use Reuniclus' ability to move damage from machamp to your bench then seeker or SSU. Also you can use Reuniclus' ability to get damage on all your bench so you can hit for 150 each turn.

maybe you could take out the Bouffalant, because i cant really see what its there for. Also, you probably don't need 4 seeker, i've found 2 will suffice. Same to the scoop up.

I'd try to get in 2-3 more fighting energy, +1 collector, +1 Oak. I would -1 machoke and cut down on seekers and SSU. This will help with your consistency and should allow you to always have a fighting energy first turn to be able to start attaching energy right away. Also, once your Machamp dies you need to make sure you have the energy to recover from that otherwise a single dead Machamp means the game is lost just due to not enough energy.

I think Bouffalant is to counter RDL (Rayquaza Deoxys Legend) which can OHKO donphan/machamp to take 2 prizes. With {C}{C} after RDL OHKOed one of your pokemon, you can OHKO RDL for 2 prizes back.
