When using Wreck does the damage get the boost before the Stadium is discarded?

Yes, I believe the attack still does 20 more damage. Donphan PS's Wreck attack reads "If there is any stadium card in play, this attack does 60 more damage. Discard that stadium card." The order in which this is written suggests that you calculate the damage and attack, and then the stadium is discarded. Think of it as saying "This attack does 60 more damage, and then discard that stadium card," or "Discard that stadium card afterwards." Since Fighting Stadium isn't discarded until after damage is done, Wreck would do 160 damage without weakness, resistance, or anything other than fighting stadium put into consideration.
