1Rainbow (for Ditto for the vilegar match)
10 {F}

The basic strategy is to set up a donphan for an early earthquake and set up a machamp on the bench and either take out later or have the fighting tag as a backup

Hmm... a common idea. The only thing i see odd about this is Ditto, which I probably wouldn't run... Donphan does fine against Vilegar as it is, so I wouldn't be too worried. Also, I would shave down the Machamp line to 3-2-3 (2 SF, 1 Prime). Add another PONT for drawpower. The Interviewer's Questions isn't that necessary, if you run enough fighting energy, you should be fine. And of course, any deck can use Luxury Ball!
In conclusion, I would do:
-1 Ditto
-1 Rainbow Energy
-1 Machop
-1 Machamp SF
-1 Interviewer's Questions

+1 Professor Oak's New Theory
+1 Luxury Ball
+1 Expert Belt
+2 Fighting energy (it just seems to work better with more).
