Donphan Prime/Feraligatr Prime Deck

I'm currently going through my folders of cards, I want to have a deck that could make both Donphan Prime and Feraligatr Prime very dominant and powerful.

I was thinking possibly 1 x Donphan Prime and 1 x Feraligatr Prime also with a couple of regular Feraligatr's and Donphan's from HGSS set but also keeping with a Water/Fighting combination deck.
I have no idea what to pair them with to make a suitable deck.

So what advantage would there be for playing both cards together? both don't seems to have any synergy, they don't even cover each other weaknesses.

A solo Donphan prime deck would be much better than combining the 2. Gatr Prime as an attacker isn't great as its attack takes too long to charge, it functions better as a tech.
 
I really don't see any synergy here, since donphan isn't water type and can't benefit from rain dance. The point of donphan is to have 4-4 donphan prime, hitting for fast damage and tanking.
