Ruling Donphan Prime

If Donphan Prime is on the bench and is damaged by an attack, what exactly happens? For example, if I used Donphan Prime's Earthquake attack and had a second Donphan Prime on the bench, would it receive the 10 damage? I'm unsure if it would be classed as damage from an attack, or damage from the effect of an attack, if there is indeed a difference.

It will not take any damage if the damage is 20 or less.~Mark

Yeah even though it is on the bench the body is still active so the 10 damage would have no effect on another donphan prime on the bench

Whenever a card references itself by say "Donphan takes 10 less damage" That actually can be read as "This Pokemon takes 10 less damage"

If any Donphan would have prevented damage, the body/power would say "All donphan in play take 10 less damage"
