Getting ready for states

I recently built this deck up, but I know it's not the greatest build. I am totally up for any suggestions (unless you say "dont use this deck" cause that's just not helpful) so bounce off any ideas please. The deck needs some work and You'll see why.

Pokemon: 21

4-4 Donphan Prime (Phanpy GS)
2-1-2 Magnazone Prime
2-1-2 Serperior (Royal Heal) (Snivy BW1, Servine BW3)
3 Maractus (Constant Batlle)

Trainers: 28

2 Judge
2 Poke Ball
2 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Pokemon reversal
3 Prof. Elm's Training Method
2 Prof. Juniper
2 PONT
4 Rare Candy
2 Revive
2 Seeker

Energy: 11

7 {F}
4 {G}

Strategy: Use Donphan for a quick power house, usually use earthquake unless the situation asks for heavy impact. Magnazone is completly for draw power and nothing else. Serperior is to heal of the Earthquake damage and whatever else it happens to heal, but if really needed I can attack with it. I use Maractus for Constant battle, I'd like to start off the match with him and get some quick damge while charging up, I'm thinking about taking him out but I don't know what to put in.

Like I said any suggestions are great.

Thanks Guys and Girls :D

No lightning energies? How you gonna attack with magnezone without them? Magnezone as attacker would make this deck brilliant. Donphan is quick enough so maractus isn't needed.

I would do these changes:
Away:
3 Maractus (Bad card is bad, donphan is speedy enough)
4 Grass energies (Not needed)
2 Pokeball (One of worst cards ever)
3 PETM (It's not good supporter)
=12

In:
1 Cleffa (This should be used as starter instead of Maractus)
1 Tyrogue (Donk the opponent's babies)
6 Lightning energy (For Magnezone)
2 Pachirisu (To charge up magnezone's attack)
1 Collector (3 of these is better than 2)
1 PONT (3 of these i almost must in any deck)
=12

^No, Magnezone is not a good idea for this deck. Too clunky, and there's a better option for Donphan: Reuniclus.

Since you're running Serperior, change your entire 2-1-2 Magnezone Prime line, and change it to a 2-1-2 Reuniclus BW line. Your Serperior line should be 3-2-3, so remove the Maractus to bump it up. Remove the 4 Grass Energy for 4 Rainbow energy, since it gets healed off anyway. 7 Fighting energy is a bit too much, remove 4 and add a PONT, a Seeker, a Collector, and a Judge. These will add consistency to your deck so you draw into them easier. Then, remove both Revive, both Pokeball, and all of your Elm's for 2 Switch, 3 Junk Arm, and 2 Rescue Energy. Adding a few Zekrom BW for this deck may be good to move all the damage and abuse Outrage, but it's up to you. All in all, here are the changes you should make:

- 2 Pokeball
- 3 Maractus BW
- 4 Grass Energy
- 2 - 1 - 2 Magnezone
- 3 Professor Elm's Training Method
- 4 Fighting Energy

+ 2 - 1 - 2 Reuniclus BW
+ 3 - 2 - 3 Serperior BW
+ 1 Pokemon Collector(3-4 of these is a must)
+ 4 Rainbow Energy(also transferrable by Leaf Tornado)
+ 1 Seeker(3 of these is also good to move the damage to one Pokemon, then pick it up)
+ 1 PONT(^)
+ 3 Junk Arm(good to re-use Reversals, Rare Candies, and Switches)
+ 2 Switch(Donphan's heavy retreat will have you praying for this card when you need it)
+ 2 Rescue Energies(good to recover Donphans)

Hope this helped.

Reuniclus is almost never a good option. It's just too frail and the opponent will LOVE reversaling/catchering them up for the easy kill. It also makes your deck really slow, especially compared to magnezone, which gives you draw power. Magnezone is a way better choice.

Reuniclus is supposed to move around damage counters so Serperior can heal more effectively. However, it's pretty slow and has very low health so it really isn't that great.
