Ok, alot of friends ran donphan and dragons when it was popular and now that Keyrum is out i would like to take advantage of it along with the other dragons.
So here is my first run of the list.

Pokemon
3-3 Donphan Prime
2 Zekrom
2 Reshiram
2 Keyrum

T/S
4 Junk Arm
4 Switch
3 Catcher
3 Dual Ball
3 Plus Power
3 Pokeball
2 Rocky Helmet
2 Super Scoop Up
2 Collector
2 Elms
2 Juniper
2 Oaks

Energy
8 {F}
5 {W}
4 {C}{C}

the idea of this deck is to run it just like you would a donphan and dragons deck with a twist of keyrum, with all of them in the deck yiu can counter everything but gothi and keyrum, kinda ironic i think. I would like some feedback on the T/S line along with maybe trying to add a KGL

-2 Reshiram
-5 Water Energy
-2 Professor Elm's Training Method
-3 Poké Ball
-2 Switch

+2 PokéGear 3.0
+1 Cleffa
+1-1 Donphan
+1 Pokémon Collector
+1 Professor Juniper
+2 Professor Oak's New Theory
+3 Sage's Training
+2 Pokémon Communication

This isn't all of the changes that should be made, but it's best to start with this. Reshiram is pretty much useless in DD now. Zekrom and Kyurem completely outclass it in terms of type-trumping. Water Energy isn't necessary, since if you're attacking with Kyurem, you should only be using Outrage. It takes three turns for this deck to setup a Kyurem, and having to attach to your other Donphan and Zekrom makes it hard to get a Glaciate going (but if you really do want to use Glaciate, consider dropping some Fighting Energy for some Rainbow Energy). Cleffa is a searchable "just-in-case" card, and two PokéGear 3.0 is for consistency. The additional 1-1 Donphan helps you swarm with Donphan, and Professor Juniper, Professor Oak's New Theory, Sage's Training, and Pokémon Communication are also for consistency and setup. Running Pokémon Collector over Dual Ball is player preference (as is running three or four), but I prefer Collector over Dual Ball to get a greater amount of guaranteed basics.

I dont really find sages all that great considering 9 times out of 10 you will end up discarding something you need... I see your point i everything else though. I didnt really consider just using outrage that keyrum has lol... What about KGL?

KGL is not needed, and at that, not even recommended. KGL needs a minimum of three turns to setup (DCE), but take into regards about even getting KGL into play. You have Professor Juniper, you have Sage's Training (I'll cover more as to why you need it later), the risk of a half being prized, delaying when you get out KGL, you have to draw into KGL/Communicate for it (you're already running a thin Pokémon line), the list could keep going on. On top of that, take a look at KGL's weakness. Lightning weakness on something that sacrifices two Prize cards, takes a lot of time to setup, and is a hassle to get out is horrible, considering you have to deal with Zekrom, Magnezone, and to a much lesser extent, Thunderus. Lastly, KGL has no synergy with the deck at all, other than being able to use the Fighting Energy. With all of this, and the fact that you have to cut the deck's consistency, KGL is not worth it by any means.

Onto Sage's, if you choose not to run it, then run Cheren instead for another source of drawpower. What makes Sage's effective is that yes, you can discard what you need, but it is essentially a draw five. It allows you to grab the important cards, while getting rid of what you don't need. With Junk Arm//Super Rod, you can still recover any discard Trainers, Pokémon, or Energy. On top of that, in a deck like this, which is more so of a rush deck, being able to have strong draws is a must - a draw Sage's has over Cheren.
