Use donphan's earthquake to activate ursaring's berserk (60+ damage) to beat down opponent. Spiritomb for partial trainer lock and evolution speeder, 3 mirage brothers for peeking, locking, and drawing. Dragonite FB for SP annihalator. Donphan can do well on his own.

I've tried it...it doesn't work....AT ALL.
See, thing is, whilst you're Earthquaking away, you're slowly killing off Ursaring. Ursaring is extremely fragile with only 100 HP after Beserk is activated, and because both of your main attackers retreat for a whopping 3, Donphan isn't going anywhere unless and until he eats crap.

So by the time you're done Earthquaking, Ursaring will be ready to kill something, then it'll get revenge KO'd, and you'll send up another Ursaring, and the same thing will happen.

If you really want this to work, you can't run any less than 4 Warp Energy, and between 3-4 Warp Points/Switches. This way, after an Earthquake, you can get Donphan out and have Ursaring take it's place. Still very clunky but that's what needs to happen to have any success at all.

**EDIT: Another way you could achieve this I suppose is to Earthquake once, then set up Manectric PL with a Bench Shield. That way, Ursaring doesn't take anymore unneeded damage. Course, you could just run Rainbow Energy to damage Ursaring and take Donphan completely out.....but that would be a different deck.**

This deck doesn't need Dragonite to destoy SP, it runs Donphan and enough switches to get around Toxic Fang. Donphan utterly destroys LuxChomp, a fast chain of donphans can give Dialgachomp problems, especially if they don't have the T1 Deafen, and Sable/Chenlock just doesn't have the hitting power to get through multiple donphans. Since this deck needs to be fast (T2 earthquake minimum), -4 Spiritomb, -1 Twins, -1 Dragonite FB, +2 Broken Time-Space, +3 Smeargle UD, +1 Unown Q.

-1 seeker -1 communications - dragonite + interviewers question +phanphy +hgss donphan(the normal one)
the interviews questions is needed because this deck is meant set up again really fast and it helps get the energy needed
the donphan is their incase of an umbreon which will lock you up if u since all the pokemon have bodies or powers
i would also suggest some plus powers somewhere in their so you can finnish any big guys like gengar or tyranitar before they get a chance to know out ursaring who will die at like any heavy attacker
