haha i ran this deck for a while. i suggest you run 1 shaymin HSU. and 5 fighting, 2 lighting 2 rainbow and put in 4 pokedex.
 
Take out the Unown Q, the only thing it might help is Uxie. And I know Roseanne's is gone blablabla, but trust me do not use Energy Search. If you want you can have an Interviewer's Questions since you have 12 energy total. You need another Bebe's and Collector and 4 Communication is overkill especially with only 16 pokemon. Go down to 2. You could probably use another Expert Belt and SSU. But since you're running SSU, Mesprit might not be an idea, you of all people should know how it can help Donphan.

In short, I'd make these changes:
-1 Unown Q
-3 Energy Search
-2 Pokemon Communication

+ 1 Bebe's Search
+ 1 Pokemon Collector
+ 1 Expert Belt
+ 1 Super Scoop Up
+ 2 Mesprit

Again you may want to find room for an Interviewer's, or maybe 2 Pokemon Rescue. I'm not sure what to take out (if you need those) but maybe just 1 Judge isn't much help so you could take that out (or else run 2 and drop PONT) and if Mesprits or Shaymin don't work out you can replace those too.
 
I don't really like Mesprit in a deck with ERL, energy search is the only thing I got (no IQ). Plus a bebe's is an idea and the extra collector is useless with 11 basics. 4 expert belt is suicide (ERL). I'll take your post into consideration.
 
the ratio of Pokemon to Pokemon Communication seems redundant, your wanting to put most of those cards out so it makes better sense to go with bebe's, vileplume. 4 bts does look like over kill considering, but since I mentioned vileplume it makes better sense then putting in a bunch of rare candy. and an idea to increase the use of thunder fall, magnezone SF and or fisherman so you can pull off thunderfall every freakin turn until the world scream's! mwhahaha *cough*... sry. cya
 
Guess you have a point about ERL & belt and Mesprit but you should still have an extra Collector it does help. And is it really that hard to trade for one Interviewer's? :/
 
No one wants to trade them to me. They are like a throw-in but people request I add in something big to compensate. I'll add the extra collector.
