If an opponent uses Jirachi's Doom Desire attack, will Pokemon Center Lady cancel out Doom Desire?

Doom Desire's effect would remain. This because Pokemon Center Lady removes Special Conditions; and Doom Desire puts an effect, not a Special Condition. Special Conditions are just Poisoned, Burned, Asleep, Paralyzed and Confused. Everything else is considered just an effect.
