Ruling Dorapion

Why is Scorpi and Dorapion in DP set Psychic-type? Up unitl now, I thought it was:

Grass: Grass, Bug, Poison
Fire: Fire
Water: Water, Ice
Lightning: Electric
Psychic: Psychic, Ghost
Fighting: Fighting, Rock, Ground
Colorless: Normal, Flying, Dragon
Darkness: Dark
Metal: Steel

Are they changing the type-color matchups? Wouldn't Scorpi be a Grass type?

There has been enough threads about this when the D/P scans were actually released. We simply do not know why they did it.
