Jello there folks, I was experimenting around with the hgss rotation and I think I found a "decent" legend deck that can potentially be a good competitive deck!

The object of the deck is to throw a lot of fire energies into the discard pile then use ninetails to attatch 3 fire energies to rayquaza deoxys legend and OZONE BUSTER 3 times for 6 prizes. typhlosion

was thinking about playing twins too... but idk what to take out.
 
i am thinking you are meaning a 2-2 of the legend right? and what's dunsparce for? I think you should add a third ninetales with roast reveal. And take out rotom for an energy search. Then you shuold switch sages training for legend box to help get the legends out faster with energy on them
