Ruling double rainbow?

if i use a double rainbow energy can it be two say fire energys or does it have to be 2 different energy like fire and then water?

Its ALL energy. Like, its 2 Energy that Provide all 8 types when on the field. So to answer your question, yes, it can be fire/fire.

yes, DRE provide only 2 energy but 1 type for turn.

It provides everything, but only 2 at a time. If your opponent has an attack that discards Water energies (Typho DP2, if I remember correctly), you'll still have to discard it tho, even if you used it as 2 Fire energies.
