DP Evolutions, from ex to ex!!!

As you know, Chansey and Scyther are from the first generation. Blissey and Scizor are from the second generation. They already made a Chansey ex and Scyther ex. Why? They already knew that Chansey and Scyther came first then Blissey and Scizor came second, so why make 'em ex? Same for Magmar-Booburn Electabuzz-Elekibble Dusclops-Yonowahru line and anything like that?

There's already an ex in the Basic and why make another evolution? How would you think they will fix the problem when DP comes out???

P.S. How would you rare candy it?

How will they fix this when D/P comes out? They won't IMO. The last of the Ex's are in PK in 2 months time so they wouldn't even bother with it. They're going to release their previous non-ex evolutions/basics anyway so you don't need to play the Ex form.

If the D/P evo doesn't say "evolves from [pokemon] and [pokemon] EX" then you can't evolve it.
