Secondly (Your attack is Broken and Useless)
 
NO Weakness and No Resistence or Retreat Cost = The Card is Useless ... and Can you use a Proper attack name ..Car Throw seem weird
 
Agreed. Throwing cars look weird.

And there is no way there is no retreat cost on any of them.

Well, yes. But the problem is that we cannot understand these cards that well. The general public prefers looking at cards that actually can be possibly printed. For examaple:

charmander hp50 {R}{M} Is this Delta?


Where's the attack cost?
