ok, My question involves gyarados's Dragon DNA, i was wondering if you could use Flail without any damage counters on it and still do the 30 damage.
Dragon DNA: Gyarados can use any attack from its Basic Pokemon. (You still have to pay for the attack's energy cost.) If Gyarados uses any attack from its Basic Pokemon that attack does 30 more damage to the active pokemon.( Before applying Weakness and Resistance.)
Flail: Does 10 damage times the number of damage counters on magikarp. 10x
so basically would it be 10x0 damage from flail, then +30 with Gyarados's Pokebody?
