Ruling Dragonair Slam

hey guys, I just played a game in my local area and the judge ruled that this attack does 60 + 60 x the number of head which = a max of 180

Seeing as it was my deck being lent to a friend I thought I'd check this as it seems wrong.

The card is 50/108 in ruling skies I got it in the zapdos themed deck =] thank

Thanks I didn't have a picture of it, so does it do up to 120? So 60+60 if you get two heads or does it start with base power 60 then you flip the coins?

The wording on the card could not be more clear. The attack does either 0, 60 or 120 damage (before any other modifiers like Muscle Band, etc). That judge was entirely wrong.
