This is my final list, I've actually had this list for a while now but I'm looking for suggestions and thoughts on the deck. Strategy is to have a lightning speed setup and maintain four cards in hand afterwards to take advantage of yanmega's ability to attack for free. Late game is when vespiquen really shines.

I recommend adding a couple of Eevees and 1/1/1 of Flareon/Jolteon/Vaporeon AOR, trading out the 1/1 spinarak/ariados and going a bit thinner elsewhere. Vaporeon really helps you in the Volcanion matchup in particular and if you don't need them for a match up, you're perfectly fine with discarding them. I think you'll gain more damage on average from those cards than you would from the spinarak/ariados. Only issue is they don't work with Yanmega BREAK but again, if you're in a matchup where that's the play, just discard them and use them as food for Vespiquen.

Another thing you might consider is a parallel city as a way to discard pokemon from your bench, particularly your shaymins to prevent the lysandre snipes on them for 2 prizes. I don't see much of a point in super rod here except as a way to refill your deck when you're risking a deck out (other than shaymin your pokemon are all grass type and can be recovered with revitalizer, and you have no basic energy), and Brock is better for that since he's recoverable.
